Shipping policy

DOMESTIC ORDERS

All orders placed within the US will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail unless upgraded. The standard USPS First Class Mail is not insured, please keep this in mind if there is an issue with your shipping. We give each of our customers the option to upgrade their shipping. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For all orders placed outside the US, packages will be shipped via First Class Mail International. This option does not include tracking. First Class Mail International deliveries generally take between 7–21 days to arrive once shipped, although the USPS and Drei Pedale do not guarantee delivery dates or times. International shipments may be subject to tax and duty fees. The recipient is responsible for covering these fees. If you have any questions, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

Drei Pedale is not responsible for any shipping issues due to address input errors, USPS handling errors, or lost/stolen packages.
